Anzures, Alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11590, Ciudad de México, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide to us, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “Law”) and other applicable regulations.

For any matter related to your personal data, write to us at contacto@axonid.mx.

2. Personal data we collect

Through the contact form, email, WhatsApp or phone calls we may collect: name and company; email address; WhatsApp or phone number with country code; information about the service you are interested in, quantities, materials, urgency and a description of your project; and any technical files you choose to share (for example, CAD models or drawings).

When you browse the site, technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited are logged for security and statistical purposes.

We do not request sensitive personal data or financial data. Please do not include them in your messages or files.

3. Purposes

Primary purposes (required to handle your request): respond to your request for information or a quote; technically evaluate your project and the files you share; contact you by email, WhatsApp or phone to follow up; prepare proposals and, where applicable, deliver the contracted services; and protect the site against abuse and automated access.

Secondary purposes (not required): send you information about AxonID services, case studies, events and technical content, and produce internal statistics. If you do not want your data used for these purposes, let us know at any time at the email address above; this will not affect how we handle your request.

4. Technical files and confidentiality

Files uploaded through the form are stored in a private AxonID repository with access restricted to authorized staff. They are treated as confidential, used solely to evaluate and handle your request, and not shared with third parties without your authorization. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request.

File uploads that are not completed by submitting the form are automatically deleted within 24 hours.

5. Processors and transfers

To operate the site and follow up on your request, we use providers that process data on behalf of AxonID and under our instructions: site hosting (Vercel Inc.), request management (monday.com Ltd.), file storage and email (Microsoft Corporation) and bot protection (Cloudflare, Inc.). Some of these providers may store information outside Mexico.

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties, except in the cases provided for by the Law that do not require your consent or when required by a competent authority.

6. ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal data or object to its processing (ARCO rights), and to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, send a request to contacto@axonid.mx including: your name and a way to send you the response; documents proving your identity or legal representation; a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise; and any information that helps locate your data.

We will respond within the time limits set by the Law. If you believe your request was not properly handled, you may contact the Mexican data protection authority.

7. Limiting use or disclosure

You can limit the use or disclosure of your data, for example to stop receiving marketing communications, by writing to contacto@axonid.mx.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The site stores preferences such as light or dark mode in your browser. Cloudflare Turnstile bot verification may use its own technologies to tell people from automated programs. YouTube videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode: YouTube only sets cookies when you choose to play a video. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, although some features may not work properly.
